The Leadership Development Programme is designed as a coaching workshop that enables leaders at all levels in the organisation to sharpen their leadership skills taking an ‘inner to outer’ leadership approach.

The purpose of the workshop is to transfer personal development into organisational alignment and transformation. It begins by looking at elements of self-leadership; then moves into the area of leading others; and finally into the area organisational alignment and change.   

This workshop is structured in 3 group coaching modules and is supported by individual coaching sessions that follow each group module. This ensures that the group learning is meaningful to each participant and that it is embedded for sustainable implementation.

This workshop is unique since it takes an evolutionary approach to learning.  The idea is that participants go on a leadership journey where, with each module, they take on more ownership of the process as well as the content under the facilitated guidance of the coach.

The process and content is built around the strategic objectives of the organisation so that the purpose of the workshop is aligned with the organisation’s aim for putting participants through this experience. The success factors are determined at the outset and measured at the beginning and end of the programme.
